Fullscreen Acquisition
September 22, 2014It’s happened again. After Fullscreen acquired Supernova (formerly Viddy) in January, Otter Media, the joint venture between the Chernin Group and AT&T, has acquired a majority stake in Fullscreen.
The eight months at Fullscreen has given me high hopes of what we can achieve. We have many talented people and creative visionaries excited to create the next big media company. Not a rehashing of old media, but a brand new type of company for this new type of media and world.
I’m looking forward to what we’ll build next.
