Shutdown, Negotiation and Progress
October 16, 2013Bill Moyers had a measured, thought-out response to the current situation in Washington a few days ago.
I liked it mostly because it was honest and truthful without going into anger and hyperbole. Exactly how opinion news should be. Presenting the facts as well as reasonably pointing out logical issues that someone would be hard-pressed to ignore.
It’s reasoned approaches like this that the world needs more of. Blindly believing in what you’re doing or working for is the best recipe for mistakes, while constantly having an honest evaluation of progress, goals and ideals means you’re much more likely to maintain course.
